Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exit process, including clearances and system access deactivation
• Prepare and submit exit-related reports and payroll inputs on time
• Maintain resignation data and logs in HRIS
• Conduct exit interviews and document reasons for separation
• Issue all exit-related staff letters promptly
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor law

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS
• PQHRM qualification (full or part) or equivalent Diploma/Degree
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Knowledge of labor law is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Positive, proactive team player
• Colombo-based candidates preferred
